Aside from covering rent and day-to-day operations,we are vigorously working toward putting a deck in our patio to allow for outdoor seating and activities. (Right now the patio is unusable due to ankle-twisting rocks). If you have connections with anyone who could help us build a deck, we'd be very grateful
